The KRTY Listen Live feature requires pop-ups to be enabled to let the player load. However, you don’t want ALL pop-ups to be enabled, so below is a step by step guide to getting it to work on your PC computer.
Safer way of “Enabling Pop-Ups” (when using Internet Explorer):
Instead of enabling “all” pop-ups for all web sites, just enable the pop-ups for the KRTY streaming site (as explained in their Help):
- Open Internet Explorer
- Under “Tools”, go to “Pop-Up Blocker”
- Under “Pop-up Blocker Settings”, type in www.streamaudio.com in the box labeled “Address of Web site to allow” and click on the add button.
- Exit everything and try clicking on the “listen live” button again for the station again.
